WENDSO FThe guy inside the store was extremely rude. He knew I was there for a mobile pickup but made me wait for him to find me in the system. Then when I asked where the truck was he said it’s the only truck out there. How was I supposed to know this location has only one truck? It was my first time using them. I showed him what I assumed was the license plate number which started with TM and he said that stood for truck number and made a face and rolled his eyes like I was stupid for not knowing U-Haul lingo as if I worked there. Plus truck number…. The word number starts with n and not m. I will never use this location again. Additionally the place looks abandoned, everything is dirty and dusty, nobody’s swept or wiped down anything in years. They have a sign outside saying they’ll be back but they’re inside. The mail slot is underneath a piece of wood and something’s behind it blocking the key from going all the way in. I don’t know if it’s like this because it’s a predominantly black neighborhood but it’s a really dark and dirty place and the people are rude.

Monchenea RI've been renting from that location for 3years because it's walking distance. But I HATE walking into that location because the guy that works in there is VERY UNFRIENDLY! I telling the truth! I truly mess the lil white girl that was working there on the weekend... 😔 She was a nice person.... Unlike him!!!
DONELL WHad a reservation at the U-Haul location on 8737 S Ashland Ave in Chicago IL 60620. The customer service desk was very rude and disrespectful. Made a reservation at 8316 s Birkhoff and that location was worse. Not happy with U-Haul right now.

SAN LI suggest that, making sure the gas hand is exactly were it is suppose to be , when giving to the customer, my gas hand was not accurate, but the attendant did initial, on my paperwork where it was, after I showed him and made him aware of it, after getting the keys.

Clarence MBe engine light was on, you all need to make sure your vehicles are properly maintenance before renting. I was only going 4 miles round trip. Nevertheless I could have had problems.
