The guy inside the store was extremely rude. He knew I was there for a mobile pickup but made me wait for him to find me in the system. Then when I asked where the truck was he said it’s the only truck out there. How was I supposed to know this location has only one truck? It was my first time using them. I showed him what I assumed was the license plate number which started with TM and he said that stood for truck number and made a face and rolled his eyes like I was stupid for not knowing U-Haul lingo as if I worked there. Plus truck number…. The word number starts with n and not m. I will never use this location again. Additionally the place looks abandoned, everything is dirty and dusty, nobody’s swept or wiped down anything in years. They have a sign outside saying they’ll be back but they’re inside. The mail slot is underneath a piece of wood and something’s behind it blocking the key from going all the way in. I don’t know if it’s like this because it’s a predominantly black neighborhood but it’s a really dark and dirty place and the people are rude.
