Staff members do not need to be unnecessarily rude or confrontational when customers ask simple clarifying questions. I make an effort to support my local agency, but my experience with the staff member at the front desk was extremely disappointing. His attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and unnecessarily hostile. Asking questions should not be met with disrespect. A little professionalism, patience, and basic courtesy would go a long way toward creating a more welcoming environment.
