I was so appalled by this ii returned the truck and didn't even use it for the amount of time i needed it . Complete waste of money. The location was sketchy, the truck was just a beat up uhaul , just ghetto . Never from this location ever again. And i wasted too much time trying to remeove the lock to get to the keys

Nobody on site, no signage, location and time of reservation not respected or acknowledged, unsafe environment, poor communication from U-Haul. Truck was hard to find and poorly secured. Complete failure on every level and will never use U-Haul again.

The representative was friendly, had everything ready when I arrived, and made the pickup and return process quick and easy. I don't have any suggestions for improvement—keep providing the same great service.
