I was so appalled by this ii returned the truck and didn't even use it for the amount of time i needed it . Complete waste of money. The location was sketchy, the truck was just a beat up uhaul , just ghetto . Never from this location ever again. And i wasted too much time trying to remeove the lock to get to the keys

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNobody on site, no signage, location and time of reservation not respected or acknowledged, unsafe environment, poor communication from U-Haul. Truck was hard to find and poorly secured. Complete failure on every level and will never use U-Haul again.

The representative was friendly, had everything ready when I arrived, and made the pickup and return process quick and easy.
