The service for both picking up and dropping off the truck was very freindly and quick. My dad drove the truck and did say that the truck was a little hard to drive so I would suggest a maintenance check, but we were still able to drive all day long and pick up what we needed

The location was a bit non-traditional, but it actually worked in my favor—lower traffic and the truck being parked right on the street made pickup and drop-off incredibly easy. Communication was excellent throughout, and the no-touch rental process was smooth and convenient. As an out-of-towner, I appreciated that the extra verification steps were simple and straightforward. Even though the office wasn’t officially open at pickup or drop-off, a team member was easily reachable by phone and very helpful. The truck itself was clean, in great working condition, and had no mechanical issues at all. Overall, a really positive experience—I’d absolutely use this location again and recommend it to others.

MUSTAFA AThis is the only Uhaul location I will rent from, even if it adds a couple of miles to my contract. The staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure my rental went smooth. They contacted me to inquire whether I would be picking up on time, and sent me pictures to ease my mind letting me know the equipment I request was waiting for me.
