I called to reserve the truck at the location near 63rd Rockwell. When I got there at 7am to pick up the truck the office it wasn't open , So I called the location on 61st Kedize and was told my reservation was at the location. ,I HAD TO WALK TO THE OTHER LOCATION , I WAS NOT INFORMED THE LOCATIONS WAS CHANGED ,I GOT DROPPED OFF ON 63rd . THIS IS NOT HOW YOU HANDLE BUSINESS CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN MAKING THEIR RESERVATIONS WHERE TO PICKUP THE TRUCKS .YOLANDA S.

I got charged a late fee and should not have. I have 24hrs on the rental and I told them I needed longer the the 4 hrs I stated before. The branch said ok but never said it would be a late fee. Its crazy how you can charge a customer for being late and he has 24hrs on a 19.99 rental. I will be calling my bank to dispute this charge for sure. Not exceptable for a first experience.DECHAUMA W.

Not accuse your customers of not returning keys and rental truck. my rental was returned before my actual return time. Clearly you guys didn't check the lock box for the keys prior to calling me. All you guys had to do was look in the lot and you could see clear as day that the rental was returned to its original spot. This is unacceptable.EUGENE H.
