The site was not staffed and I was directed to leave the vehicle in a small lot and drop the key in lock box. All of that was fine, however, I left my personal toll device in the truck. I made two phone calls to arrange a time to retrieve the device and never received a call back. I have cancelled the device and no tolls were taken. I would suggest going to a larger UHaul with staff on duty.

Equipment was missing had to go to a storefront to pickup supplies never received furniture dolly. Left an email for him to remove it from my acct. Never heard back now I’m being charged to replace a furniture dolly.
Donna MNo one was present when we returned this truck at 3:35pm, the shop was locked despite the website indicating they were open until 6pm on weekdays. Also, there is no parking lot to leave vehicles, which led to the necessity of parking a 26 foot long truck on a residential street.
MERCEDES TI ordered 2 dollys and 12 blankets. The location did not have all my items, charged me for them and then sent me to another location to pick up the items, but they also did not have them. It was frustrating and a hassle due to us needing the items. I had to go a rent the dollys from a non U-Haul facility. I am still waiting on a response to see if the dolly’s were credited back to my credit card.
Eileen PI was given less than 24 hours notice that I had to go to a different location 7 miles away from where I originally ordered the U-Haul to be picked up at. That location did not leave me any keys so I had to wait on hold for over an hour to eventually be directed to another location even further from my original order. I was overcharged and picked up my truck more than 2 hours after I had scheduled it, causing my movers to cancel on me and I still had to pay full price. Rent a truck from any other company besides uhaul.
