MIHAI SI actually booked for a 15 footer truck, one way rental. 1 day before the booked date, an agent confirmed my booking but I was so disappointed that there is no 15 footer available and that I will be provided with a 20 footer. And that one way rental trucks were not available so I had to return it the next day from Vancouver to Chilliwack which goes without saying that I had to pay double for the mileage and gas. This is totally wrong!!!
