Great service. Had to postpone my rental for 2 days last minute, but they were very understanding and everything worked out perfectly.
JOHN BHonestly this was a great experience. I do feel that if a costumer can bring their equipment back 24 hours or more ahead of their scheduled time they should be reimbursed, because it does help somebody else
ERIK MThis location was great but the way U-Haul operates is not. Started out with a 24/7 reservation at a site that is not 24/7 but is listed as one. Same as the next site they directed me to. Everything was locked and when I called the person said it was a 24/7 site and need to enter a code to get a key. Was never given a code but the site online says open 8-4 we arrived at 3:30 pm. Then they sent me to another site where I was able to pick up the truck. It went perfect at this site. Same as drop off went well. U-Haul needs to update the app and be sure these 24/7 locations are actually 24/7. If they are then have it shown on the website. A lot of confusion. And when it says preferred location and time and they send you a confermation that is what it should be. Not a phone call the night before and everything changed. Did not even get a phone call.
