On the car dolly the tail light were just taped in with tape and they fell out while we're going down the road flopping around hanging there

KAY PThe Uhaul was dirty also I got it just about 1/4 full maybe a little below that mark and then they wanted me to return it closer to half full also this location at pick up put insurance on my trip that I did not authorize nor even know about it till I dropped it off
