The location was ok but the vehicle had a tire pressure sensor light on and had a check engine light on. The worker said don’t worry it’s fine but in result of that check engine light I got terrible gas mileage. The vehicle was clean and operated fine just very terrible gas mileage do to the check engine light on and it goes into protection mode. Definitely won’t be renting another u-haul vehicle with lights on on the dash again

ISRAEL MWhen we returned our keys there was a gentleman that helped us was very rude all I asked was since we didn’t use 55 miles we only used 30 if we would be reimbursed and his response and demeanor was very condescending. The gentleman that were working around 10:30 am were the best very helpful and informative but when we returned it around 6:30 there was a bald guy on the first computer on the left very rude horrible customer service.
ASHLEY HI'll lead with this if you're the type who wants little human interaction in the process, doesn't mind wandering through a warehouse to a construction trailer to get keys, be led along the docks to pick up the truck from the back yard entrance, and doesn't mind returning to pick up things that you ordered online then this is the place for you. Figure out a better way to separate the customer from the internal workings of the businesses. More importantly treat the customer as if you'd like to see them again by being sure they have everything they ordered before they leave and walk them through the cleanliness you expect the vehicle to be in upon return. The box when opened had a nice eucalyptus tree earthy smell with bits of branches and leaves all over, which gave me a laugh when I saw the sign they'd charge me for not sweeping the truck out before returning. Swept it out before I used it but not before I returned it. Go ahead and charge me, I won't use U-Haul again if that happens. If you're going to be that picky about cleanliness, then the truck should've been out front and loaded with the blankets that were ordered by phone call through UHAUL, and you should've fully opened the door and explained why it smells like it had been used to haul green waste and wasn't fully cleaned in the first place. Tips for improvement: Move the vehicle that is reserved for a set time to the front 5 min before that time and make sure it's cleaned and ready with what is on the reservation. That alone would help one overlook the side show the U-Haul business feels like to whatever the main business is at this location.
