I am giving one star only because zero stars is not an option. I rented a truck for 2 days and drove it a total of 7 miles. Prior to returning i stopped and put in $10 worth of gas, approximately 2.5 gallons thinking everything would be ok. After returning the truck i was then notified that i would charged an additional $26 for gas! When questioning how thay could be possible after only driving 7 miles and putting in the $10 i was basically accused of syphoning the gas prior to returning the truck.... yeah sure i spent almost $200 to rent your truck just so i coukd steal a few gallons of gas.
ROBERT SAbsolutely horrible experience. I rented the truck and specifically requested a one-way truck as I was going to be moving very far and could not come back to drop it off at that location. They assured me that's what it was. I come to find out I had to return it to the original location or else I'd pay $200. The guys in the office did not process it as I requested and I had to pay the price and inconvenience. Customer support sucked over the phone; no one was able to help me. Paid unnecessary extra fees. Never again.
KAREN GI do not know who to complain to or where I should send my complaint. It is not this location but all locations for uhaul. I spent a lot of money on this uhaul and did not even get to use it for what I intended it for. Everyone including myself expected all uhauls to have a ramp attached to it for moving things up and down. It was not until I reached my destination did I found out it doesn't have one and its to later to call office and now I'm screwed. I added a couple more hours on the rental hoping I would find someone I know who has a ramp so I can load my belongings which I never found. What a waste. I'm so upset. I don't have anymore money to do this and I'm lost at how to get it done. Thanks a lot.
Natasha OThe front doors were locked during regular business hours. The parking lot is tight. Almost too small for a larger truck.
