No clear signage directing customers where to pickup their reservation. No desk or waiting area to wait in before being helped, just a couple of computers in a large warehouse and guys doing their own thing, not acknowledging customers. Guy who helped me was friendly enough but it took a long time for him to get through confirming my reservation and pickup. He told me when I got there, “I don’t even know if we have the truck your reserved available.” Thankfully they did. I wouldn’t rent from this place again though.
