straps, boxes and tapes should be stream lined at on call prices. Great inconvenience due to variation in practices from store to store

The customer greeting and service was very good, absolutely no complaints about that, the only thing i feel that they could stock a few of is the forearm carry straps to lift heavy loads with 2 people more easily.

The gentleman at the original pick up off of 11602 Ramona Ave in Chino, never apologized or tried to help. He picked up his painting pallet and started paining! Never asked or tried to help. No effort at all!

The employees are perfect, no complaints there. The problem is with the 10' trucks and the parking lot. These trucks have such horrible side mirrors that don't stay in position. Any bump and the mirrors move and can't see anything. Also, the location is terrible because the parking lot is so tiny. I understand most u-haul locations don't have customer parking, but usually have street parking. This location has no street parking at all, one must park at the nearby Lowe's or get dropped off.

I used uhaul for my staging business and used uhaul at least 4 times a Month. This particular location in chino is absolutely horrible. They charged me $25 for cleaning fee. The truck is literally clean. As I was returning my uhaul, they open up the trunk to check. There probably was couple piece of label in the trunk. As I was picking it up, he want me to dust off the trunk and asked me to drive the truck away from the parking lot to do that. He is rude and doesn't seem to care at all. I didn't argue with him and I just hand him the key left the facility. They don't allow parking in their parking lot either. So I actually have to walk down to the commons the plaza down the street to pick up my car there. I normally do not come here unless I have no choice but this time will definitely be my last time for this location. If I have no other choice for a uhaul, I will use budget. Good luck!! I definitely think uhaul should consider not allowing this location to carry their name. You will lose a lot more business from this store.

Windshield dirty. Everything else was very good. Did not like it only had half tank of gas on pickup. Had to go fill up right away.

This place was the second place we had to go to just to get the truck...Holt Garden Center was awful. The lady did not want to help us and just sent us away.

The customer service guy was totally unprofessional. I have rented the car many times over this location. This is the first time I experienced something like this. I rented a cargo van for 4 hours. I want to park my car in the lot and take the cargo van and switch back when I'm done within 4 hours. The guy told me I can't park my car in the lot. If I did, he will have the tow company to tow my car away. I told him, I will be back in 4 hours and exchange the car back. How did he expect me to get there in the first place without having a car. I spent over 30 minutes look for a parking spot on the street. In the end, I have to drive to my wife's company and ask her to take a 30 minutes break to take me there. I understand if they don't allow overnight parking, but no parking for 4 hours? He could have explained this in a better way. Instead of telling me he is going to call the tow trunk on me. The car was clean overall. However, the process of finding a parking spot and get my wife off work to just to drive me there was horrible.

Although the cashier was helpful, he showed zero hustle to get customers in and out in a timely fashion.

It would be nice to have trailer jacks on the 6 x 12 models since they can be quite difficult to take off alone.

Front desk staff priority should be to help customers right away and get them on the way as fast as possible. I waited in line approximately 30 to 45 min.

I have already recommended to several friends and to members of my Jeep club that it's better to rent a U-Haul than it is to own your own trailer. In the long run it's cheaper.
