This app could be a little more user friendly, when I tried to put a truck and a toy trailer on the same account it somehow divided the two items into two separate accounts which made things much more confusing for both of us...

Pretty reasonable interaction, however, if I had not had the correct ball hitch on my truck; they didn't have a single one on location.

Larry DWe rented a U-Haul in south Edmonton and the day before pickup they told us we had to drive to Chipman to get the U-Haul which is over an hour away. When we got there, there was no hitch which we rented and we had to drive back to town to get a hitch and back to the place to get the U-Haul. It was a very poor experience. They just cancelled the hitch without even letting us know so we could go prepared. Really not happy with this experience.
