There was no professional vibe to this place at all. The cashier had to text the boss and charged me way more than the normal rate. They didn’t even come out and help me load or to do a safety check on the equipment. Cashier was super nice and helped me the best she could. I never signed any paperwork before taking the equipment either. I dropped it off and that was that. Since it cost almost double the price. I’d rather go to a place where they help me out better and not charge me more than what I was quoted on the app. I talked to the owner on the phone and the communication was not on key here. I’d love to see this place continue its business with uhual but on a more professional stand point.

The trailer was not easily accessible and the hitch was frozen into the ground. Also the latch on the back was seized up and needed WD 40.
James NThis app could be a little more user friendly, when I tried to put a truck and a toy trailer on the same account it somehow divided the two items into two separate accounts which made things much more confusing for both of us...
Anthony MI should get at least $30 fuel refund as I only put 25 miles on and put $50 worth of gas in it.
Stewart HPretty reasonable interaction, however, if I had not had the correct ball hitch on my truck; they didn't have a single one on location.
