The people I worked with at Chisago were very nice, but the first truck pulled that I was supposed to take was out of gas, and the one I ended up taking was not only low on gas as well, but it had a check engine light that was on, which made for a bit of an uneasy trip. I also did not receive any instructions about needing to refill the gas tank before returning it, and I got charged an excessive amount for extra miles and gas a the end of the trip. Also, my pickup location got changed shortly before moving day, which added more miles to the trip and more cost to the rental.
