A wonderful local hardware store, staff was friendly and helpful. Equipment was clean and generally maintained, but was older equipment. An equipment failure that could not have been foreseen by the store or staff occurred and caused some delay and concern for the user, but ultimately the equipment worked as intended and was safely returned to the store.
