The driver filled up the gas tank to where it was and we were still charged $22.00 for 5.5 gallons of gas, even though we filled it up to where it should have been.

It was very weird to drive around the block to the end of a random street where they apparently park the trucks. It would be much more convenient if they were able to be kept closer to the actual hardware store. Also, we arrived right away at 9AM, lights were not yet on in the store and yet they helped other customers first before assisting us.

Called ahead of time as I was returning after hours. Told me exactly where to park and where the dropbox was. No problems at all.

I reserved a 5x8 trailer for a local move but when I went to pick it up the business did not have a 5x8, he only had a 6x12. I did not want a 6x12 and did not need it. The business called around and found a 5x8 trailer within a reasonable distance. While I appreciated him finding a 5x8 trailer, I lost time and I had to drive to another business to obtain what I originally reserved. Most people reserve the equipment they need and want to find a close location. Upsizing the equipment, and charging them more, is poor practice. This is the second time the reservation system has failed when I reserved a trailer or rental truck. If a particular trailer or truck is not available, it should not allow you to select it when placing a reservation. The 5x8 trailer I eventually rented was used for a local move but was in need of maintenance. The paint was peeling, the door was difficult to open. The trailer was functional but looked poor. The business I eventually rented the 5x8 trailer from was easy to work with and was helpful. I would use them again.

Rented a pickup and a car hauler. Owners were speedy and friendly, and I was in and out in no time. They worked to get me the lowest rates as well. Truck was in great shape and pulled my car on the trailer with ease. Definitely recommend.

There is stuff everywhere. But it works well.

I went online and communicated 2 times for the north branch location for a truck. Se me as though the reservation was for forest lake. Since just having surgery less than three weeks ago, it did not allow me to drive that far. The NB owner was helpful to finding a unit somewhere. It caused issues with the plans and definitely affected the bill. I have my reservation email and no where does it say it was forest lake. Very disappointed at the much more expensive experience. Thankful for NB and Chicago owners for trying to get a solution for me that day.

The only issues I had really were with the truck itself. I drove 1600 miles with no cruise control. Being petite and barely reaching the pedals as it is made having to push the gas for that amount of time painful. It's 2017: Get cruise control. Also, no power locks or windows-Really?! As far as a console (holders and such)-limited. I liked that the truck had a 'miles to empty.'

Was not happy with the false advertising rates!
