The truck was brought back 30 minutes early on the same day of rental and when the receipt was sent, I was charged for 3 days and only reimbursed for 1 of the 2 days I was charged extra. When I called, the employee was rude and treated me as if I was lying and the 20 something foot truck wasn't sitting beside their building for 2 days. Wouldn't recommend renting from this location again, especially if needing to return the equipment after business hours.

Make sure the marker lights work would be a stellar start. Actually take care of customers in the order they arrive instead of U Haul last. It took 40 minutes to get to the dispatch/hookup , thats with no secondary purchases, I had the hitch, literally just to get a piece of signed paper so I could leave. I've used this location in the past and without the owner present the standards are not kept.
