Very helpful with everything from loading info and even hooked up the trailer for me
rick jIt is hard to have to return the truck with a 1/4 tank. It came with a 1/4 tank of gas and I was expected to return it woth a 1/4 tank. Why? That is imposible to calculate exactly. So, I ended up returning with a 1/2 tank, of course. Why not rent out with a full tank and epect it returned that way? Then your customer is not going to get screwed on gas...
jon dMy pickup location was changed at the last minute. Instead of driving 10 mins to pick up my trailer, I had to drive over an hour. Just unacceptable. Not sure I’ll rent from U-Haul in the future. The new pickup location was very kind and good customer service.
Michael LI am waiting for a credit, as I was overcharged because the rental location was in error and closed out my rental contract three hours past when I returned it causing me to be charged for 3 days versus 2 days. I called the rental location and they said they would see what they could do about it. Will see what we can do does not work as it was THEIR error and I would like to be credited for the extra day rental that was charged to me.
