The only thing I can think of is getting back to the customer faster when dealing with claims. I used the UHaul about 2 weeks ago and they just got back to me with the payment. I’m glad I had the money when I did because I’m on a strict budget and waiting for the money to be taken out for the payment was very difficult for me because I thought I had more in my account then I did.
