Told the guy I was dropping off at a different location for a one way and he put me down to drop back off at original location so I got charged for another day cause I couldnt make it on time and they inside of the trailer had a whole pile of something brown and sticky and left me with no jack so I had to manually lift the trailer off my hitch

Last minute change dropping off because of weather. Mark handled this change admirably. It saved us time and safer since it has started to snow heavily. The overall paperwork reporting from Uhaul is first rate since it only took a few extra minutes for mark to close the account and accept the vehicle. Highly recommend using Uhaul and the Choteau facility .
