U-Haul moved my location last minute and then we had to get a different truck than we originally reserved. The location was very accommodating but then I was over charged and then charged again for additional money after the fact.

Great service
SHIMON AThe ladies that helped me book the appointment were very nice and helpful. Also, the Toy Trailer exceeded my expectations in terms of how it towed and pulled behind my 2021 F150 3.0L eco boost. I towed a car a long distance on the highway and had a lot of time to evaluate how the trailer performed and it was better than I expected. Loading and unloading was also very easy with the ramp and tied down points.
DAVID PI picked up this vehicle at 12pm-ish. I was told I had two days and I could bring it in before the end of the business day. I got to my arrival a little after 1:20 and was charge for a full day still. Now assuming that it was only going to be a $20.00 fee with tax turned into an extra $60 charge!!!!! Also, I received the vehicle with a half of tank and I returned it at a full tank and that wasn’t noticed or split with me. I feel like I got ripped off and made the trip a little more stressful than what it should have been.
