Fire the staff that halted me other than the guy I dropped off to and get some with customer service skills. Also fox the trucks that have water leaks in the cargo hold.

Overall Good. (No Major comment for next customer) Just a Gas Gauge does not move up till further driving and had to refill twice. (Gauge went up to 3/4 on the way back to 2nd trip to gas station)

No drop box. Took over 1 hour total to pick-up and drop off. Good thing I opted for the express check-out on the website. Poorly run check-in and check-out system. I've had smoother and better service from the U haul set up at the Postal Annex on Telegraph. For some reason I couldn't pick up the van I requested from there. It's a mile away from this one. Makes no sense. I will avoid this location in the future.

Dispite the 26' truck not being at the Uhaul office when I was told to pick it up, my overall experience was pleasent.

No one was available when I arrived to drop off the van. I rang the bell and called phone number but no one answered. When the kid finally showed up he had an attitude when checking the van out. Bad customer service.

When I picked up the uhaul it had a little more than 1/2 a tank of gas in it. I didn't realize till I was a block or two away from the pick up location. I filled it to 1/2 a tank when I returned it to the Eastlake drop off and the guy charged me about $53 to fill it up! He said original drop off said it was almost full and it was not. He didn't believe me so had to pay $53 for gas. I didn't have time to drive it back out to refill more gas on my own. Annoying that had to pay so much when I know it started off with the same amount.

Great customer service. Gas tanks at 1/4 or below should be filled before next customer use.

I tried to return the van at 4.25 but got stuck at the gate. The code would not let me in. By the time I got in I had to call and was told that we close at 4.30 it was not 4.32……. They did let me return it but I was informed again that I was late. Very disappointing as it was the gate code that kept us late...

The gas requirement for return should be an estimate for the customer also. Gas gauges don't display other than 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4, so when you tell the customer it needs to be returned with 11/16 of a tank it's pretty hard to get it precise. (The difference was less than half the thickness of the needle) Consider giving the customer credit if the truck is returned with more gasoline than required. Overall, if this is simplified, it would have been a flawless experience.
