They was closed so I didn’t deal with them

Tabatha Fwe were charged extra and should not have been. I plan to dispute the additional charges above the quoted and agreed upon amount. Due to how we were treated, we will most likely not rent or purchase from U-Haul again.
JAMES FNo one was at the pick up location nor answered the phone when we called. The key was not where the mobile check in said it would be. A neighboring body shop got someone to answer the phone for us and left the key drop open so we could return it after.
