The Truck windows were dirty and should have been cleaned. I drove from Cincinnati OH to Syracuse New York and had to use toll roads. No one at the pickup and drop off locations explained how the tolls were to be paid.

ZACHARY RI was charged a fuel fee which I found to be unfair. I put the fuel level where I found it
CARLOS JNo DOLLY! I asked before I left and he said he only had appliance dolly. I think he should hsve retrieved one from another rental truck because there were a few on the lot NO RAMP! To our surprise the ramp was missing for the movers to walk on. Large items made it a slower moving process. This truck may not have been inspected prior to renting it!
