After arriving at my first location for a reservation that was locked up with no agent and no truck available I ended up at this location. Brenda was great accommodating my last minute arrival. However after an hour into my 680 mile drive north into a snowstorm the windshield washer fluid ran out. Not a great experience overall other than Brenda making it happen. Thank you Brenda.

Tamara HI think the counter person has ancillary responsibilities in their attached storage facility which caused a wait to return the truck. Probably not a huge priority for them since many or most just drop the keys. I had to speak to them. UPS driver also could not wait that long to hand deliver a package so instead left a “sorry we missed you” post
