The Van windows were extremely dirty and a flat tire had to be fixed before I could leave the lot

Tamara HI think the counter person has ancillary responsibilities in their attached storage facility which caused a wait to return the truck. Probably not a huge priority for them since many or most just drop the keys. I had to speak to them. UPS driver also could not wait that long to hand deliver a package so instead left a “sorry we missed you” post
