I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The rented van was out of gas and the fuel gauge did not indicate anything until I drove it about 2500ft and it stalled in the middle of a 4 lane road in rush hour. U-Haul location was NO help, and had to call roadside assistance and wait for a tow that was going to take over an hour. I had to pay out of pocket to have someone purchase a gas can, go get gas, and bring it to the van in the middle of the road!!!!! Whoever manages that location should be fired as that is COMPLETELY negligent. I could have easily been injured or been in an accident.

RAMAINEA BAfter arriving at my first location for a reservation that was locked up with no agent and no truck available I ended up at this location. Brenda was great accommodating my last minute arrival. However after an hour into my 680 mile drive north into a snowstorm the windshield washer fluid ran out. Not a great experience overall other than Brenda making it happen. Thank you Brenda.
