I would never recommend the spring grove location to anyone. The woman was rude to my girlfriend. Tricked her into signing up for insurance by making her think she had to, even though in the reservation we chose to not take the insurance because our car insurance covers rentals. Then to â€œcheck inâ€ the truck we were told to call an 800 number... after 30-40 mins on hold we finally left and tried to see if we could do it online, which we were never told we could, and come to find out I guess we were .9 miles away when we finally checked it in online so we were charged an additional $20. When I call the woman from the store she told me, uhaul isn't even her main business and this isn't her problem and that it's our fault for choosing uhaul. I've used uhaul probably a dozen times over the last 4 years and I've never had an issue until now.KARISSA B.
Well, I was charged an after hour fee which is ridiculous considering I never stated I would make it back before the store closed a customer can't control traffic and the location I went to didn't have what I needed so I had to go to another location I never said I would be back by 5ROBERT K.

The whole process was a nightmare! I tried logging in on the app because it was a Sunday and the office was closed. I got no email or text for confirmation although they took my info and credit card number. I wasn't sent a reservation number to be able to pull my info up on the app. I had to call U-Haul and wait forever on hold three different times to help me through the process. I was given a code to get the key and the key they gave me access to was for the wrong truck! Everything that could go wrong went wrong on top of the app was not easily navigated.
