I filled out information to pick up at known location. At some point, U-Haul decides to change the location and when I went to the original location, I rented from they told me I had to go somewhere else. Then when I went to the new location, I had to put all my information in again and basically they made me a reservation right there on site. I had to provide all data again and I noticed that they even charged me for insurance that was not what I originally selected when I reserved my vehicle the first time. So not only was the vehicle not ready at the location I rented from it was not ready at the location. I had to go to eventually. So I’ll take my $50 that’s promised on your website along with the refund of the $15 insurance that I never selected.
