Counter person was l very nice & accommodating. We were locked out of our new spartment & had to bring dolly bavk later. He told me to put in truck near lightpost, as he was moving the truck . My som did. Said that truck was different, but we retirned dolly!

After hours drop-off, so no interaction with personnel. Clearing marking the chock blocks for trailers would be helpful.

KEVIN CThere was a homeless person squatting in the cab of the truck overnight. They came out while I was inspecting the truck. The cab reeked of feces and urine.
