The rates were absolutely amazing and it was a smooth pickup and drop off. We were extremely happy with our U-Haul experience!
Brian WI couldn't find the barcode to scan but the app picked up my location. Also on my phone the button to take pictures was halfway into the android navigation menu and I couldn't close it
HENRY GI did a self return and there was only one bar of cell service out there. It took many many attempts and way tooo long to upload the photos of the trailer I was returning. I actually had to drive further down the road to get them to upload. I'm not sure how to fix that and I have no serious complaints...it was just aggravating. I did not interact with any personnel so that question does not apply.
BROOKE BWe were changed to this location at the last minute. No one there to receive thos was a mobile drop-off.
