Pésima atención
DIEGO MI had a reservation at 8:30 on Saturday 12/13/25 and the system was down, I didn’t get the truck until 10:45am. I had my movers to be there at 9am and because I was late they still charge me $200 for the time they got there and not doing nothing because they started until 11am. I’m very upset that the time I wasted trying to get the U-Haul.
