marian dThe original trailer assigned had the wire harness ripped off so I had to ask for another unit. After pickup I noticed safetow charge was added without my permission. I contacted uhaul customer service to make sure the right equipment ended up on my reservation and I noted the charge and was told there would be a note in the system to remove the extra charge. The extra charge was never removed so I will be disputing the transaction through my credit card company.
