I was aware of the milage charge, but I was not prepared to go from a $20 charge to a $120 total charge for a 40 mile trip. I will never use U-Haul again!

I have worked with this business for several UHaul rentals like trucks various sizes and trailers as well. Easy to pickup and drop off your rental. Agreements & Receipts sent electronically for your convenience. Employees are courteous & helpful each time!

Shauna VWe had originally reserved a cargo van at another location in Clayton, but they were closed (during posted business hours) when we arrived and we went to Clayton Tire and Muffler to see if they had one available. Theirs were all reserved for the days we needed, but they searched and saw our reservation at the other business and allowed us to rent one of theirs and they said they would get a van from the other location. They went above and beyond to help us and I highly recommend them. We will be using their services from now on!
