Location appeared clean. Service was okay- nothing above average, nothing special, hardly friendly. It did make me uncomfortable that no one wore a mask or abided by the mask mandate at this location so for this reason, I would not recommend.

The truck I ordered two days in advance was extremely dirty on the inside. Mud was everywhere on the seats, doors, console and floormats. It was disgusting!! Thank goodness I brought my own clorox wipes and cleaned it myself before I could drive it. I was very disapointed to say the least!!

I was told when I arrived that my reservation was cancelled - I notified rep that there was a name on my reservation as prim driver that was not me - luckily there was another truck available as my reservation was given to a walk in

It wasn't the location's fault, but the truck was not in good shape. A piece of the ramp was broken and I had to get under the truck to push it out. The AC also only worked for about 10% of my trip.

A coolant line broke stranding us on a busy interstate for several hours while roadside assistance was dispatched. A coolant line had broken in half causing further delays when the technician had to go get the proper equipment to fix the malfunction. Then we had another two hour delay when the oil light came on. The roadside assistance technician that helped us the second time said that the oil pump is going bad. We had to put three quarts of oil in it during the remainder of the move to ensure that the engine didn't seize potentially putting us in further danger. We were placed in a very dangerous situation because of improper maintenance. Not just for his and our children. but others on the road. This put us behind two days. The night this all happened our children had to wait many hours for dinner and their medicines. The lack of maintenance on this vehicle is disturbing and scary. At this point unless reparations are made I will never use U-haul for anything again. I want a full refund and if you are not going to give me that I want half back. However, I feel me and my family deserve the full amount back because of this ordeal, the unsafenes it put us at, let alone behind two days. Very stressful for everyone. I will also ensure that I steer others away from your company for these issues. My girlfriend will be calling to file a claim.
