The original trailer assigned had the wire harness ripped off so I had to ask for another unit. After pickup I noticed safetow charge was added without my permission. I contacted uhaul customer service to make sure the right equipment ended up on my reservation and I noted the charge and was told there would be a note in the system to remove the extra charge. The extra charge was never removed so I will be disputing the transaction through my credit card company.
Jerel LEverything was awesome even the patience and persistence of the co-owner and the condition and drivability of the truck.
Lowell DWe went to drop off the keys and the gentleman was very reluctant to help us. He took the keys, put them in a drop box and told us he would check the truck in later. My daughter had to take pictures of the truck at the location to ensure me I wouldn't be charged an extra day. Very unsatisfactory.
