The U-haul email notification gave this location as the pick up location. It was not. Kevin (the owner) was good enough to find my reserved vehicle and get it personally to his location. Very stressful.

The truck was disgusting, we had to clean it out. When brought to their attention the employee was too busy watching her grandchildren. Other than that, was ok.

DARRLYE MEverything was good at this rental location. The process was very quick and easy.
CHRISTOPHER SThe contract stated that the truck was “full” with fuel. However when I got in the truck to leave, it was on “empty”. I immediately had to fill it up. They essentially got a free tank of fuel out of me. I then returned the truck “full” as stated on the contract. When I reached out to management, they claim they cannot provide credit or any type of reimbursement for the extra full tank that I paid for.
