Everything was ready for pickup. They explained the rules and regulations clearly. Easy process and return procedures.
RUTH RTruck worked well and the people were very friendly when I dropped it off. My only complaint was that none of the equipment I ordered alongside the truck was with the truck.
Ryan Swe arrived 10 minutes early for pick up. The location was closed and then they showed up and had forgotten keys. Pick up was a mess and my son had a similar issue at this location as well. Will not use this location again.
