The guy came out and greeted us a second that we pulled in, was very inviting and very friendly. He was very apologetic of the experience we had picking up the truck. I'm recommended us to leave the review on our pick up location.

The man working was nice but there was hardly room in this store to go in and confirm reservation/pick up. There was hardly any information beside the uhauls in the parking lot that that was a uhaul location. When asking about the coverage add ons he pointed to a photo of a car accident instead of explaining what was covered. The vehicle is rented was also dirty. The back had dirt, dust, zip ties and screws in it and the cab had dirt and leaves on the floor and cigarette ashes all over the dash and cup holders.
Megan PPickup location was changed without confirmation to over double the distance away, after already being changed from where I originally booked due to the size of the truck requested not being available. I also could not pick up truck at scheduled time due to a DNS error on the website. Took about 40 minutes of being transferred to find some that could just give me the code to the key box. When calling to extend time at the end of the day, the lady who answered the phone at the location was extremely rude when I asked about getting extended due to the pick up delay. Back of truck also smelled like urine.

EDWIN OIt took about 30 minutes for the employee to connect to the Uhaul server and process my rental agreement. IMO this should take 5 min if the uhaul network would allow it. This issue seems to reside at all uhaul locations I’ve rented from and is really frustrating for both customers and employees.
