MARTIN TI am not sure why I was charged a fee for cleaning the vehicle as I swept out the truck before returning. I also returned the truck a day early and should get credit for one less day. My experience in the beginning of my rentals was fairly good but it deteriorated as time went by. U-Haul has a problem with communicating amongst its outlets.
AUDREY RThe system was down when I got there. They also didn’t have the vehicle that I reserved. They gave me a different vehicle that was charged more than the one I reserved.
