I was able to reserve the truck on short notice easily enough, for the most part everything was straightforward. Improvements to consider include: 1) It rained after I dropped off my stuff, in which only empty boxes were in the cargo side on the return trip ... I later noticed one of the empty boxes had a corner that was wet indicating a potential external water leak somewhere in the cargo area. 2) I wasn't expecting the text on checking out and the timeframe ended when I realized something was being asked of me. 3) Upon returning the truck, I was only told about dropping the key off in the key drop box and wasn't told about going to the website when returning the vehicle (which I later saw on the instructions at the key drop). 4) A simple message to turn off the towing button when not towing and a recommendation to set the parking brake when loading would have been a nice touch.
