Told him about the missing moving pad and the mattress bag I didn't get. Was told I'd get credit for the 1 moving pad and was told I had to call to get a credit for the mattress bad I didn't get. I didn't get credit for the missing moving pad.

Hire employees with integrity. When picking up the employee said go pick a trailer and I will see you in the parking lot in a minute. I told the employee to bring his air pressure gage with him. HE LIED. AND SAID WE DONT HAVE ONE. I pointed to the one hanging on the wall and said it's right there. I found the trailer he showed up in the parking lot with out air gage. Checked connections and said we are good. As expected 1 tire was bad and required airing 3 times on a 4 hr trip. This was a experienced employee but far from employee of the month
Robert RYou switched me from the Uhaul on Curlew to the Tropicana location and told me I was good to pick up at 8 am - they don’t open until 9 am. Someone from Uhaul pulled in at 8:20 and made it happen for me! Bad communication! I almost did t have a truck for my 9 am loadin! Poor communication!
