SANDRA RKyle is a true gem! He explained process, educated me equipment helped me make quality decision in which one I truly required for the job. The courtesy call he made to me reminded me of the truck was a lifesaver, lol I was so busy unpacking I failed to remember I still had truck parked outside. He saved me an additional day. In addition, I had no ride home n he politely asked if I needed a ride home (3 minute by car, 15 by walking) saved me the embarrassment of having to ask or walk. He deserves a huge raise!!! He’s a true asset to the Uhaul company.
