No parking for U-Haul customers. Made rude comments about scheduling movers and truck pick up. Was not friendly. Glad I wasn’t going back there to return the truck and trailer.
Morgan Erude and disrespectful, very unprofessional in my returning. the old guy was just a plain asshole.
MICHAEL FHad an issue with the U-Haul where the engine wouldn't turn on after driving it initially. AC/Radio would turn on, engine would not. Called the rental location and he suggested putting it in neutral. That ended up working, but I had to do that each time the truck was started.
