Retrain the older gentleman that works at this location. He told me I was good for a 6am pickup and I found out the next day that I wasn’t. Now, this gentleman and I had the conversation the day prior and was assured I would be to pick the truck at 6. The man even gave me a walk through of when the Keys would located, where the truck would be parked and how to do it on the app. I told him my app still stated 10am. Man told me not to worry because on his end he can see that I have early pick up. Nope..
