Returning equipment was a major hassle. Forsed to back large truck into tiny space with not enough mirror clearance.

Josh CThey were very nice. But they didn't know how to undo straps on a car transporter. they sent me to another dealer about 5 miles away. They helped with the carload but then told me it was an additional $25 plus tax. That was very disappointing since we were charged an additional fee for something that the first dealer couldn't do. I paid $1094.61. then went to another dealer and they tacked on an extra $26.88 My contract # is 78681572. Rented on 7-28-2026. I returned it today. 7-30-2026 I have used U-Haul on several occasions this is the first negative experience that I've had. I understood and didn't mind the original agreement. But with add on fees it hurts the reputation.
