Your customer service is horrible. Extra charges for gas even when you are filling up the tank. Thank God we had a picture to prove it. We were told we would be charged one price, and when we checked the bank, they charged us triple the price. When asked, they were getting mad and yelling at us. Never again, U-Haul, especially the Clermont location on 27th. You guys are horrible people.
