Rented a 26 foot truck you would turn the wheel one direction it would go the other way, it drove down the highway sideways we had to take back roads and used more miles and we were charged for extra miles.

RENE VRetrain the older gentleman that works at this location. He told me I was good for a 6am pickup and I found out the next day that I wasn’t. Now, this gentleman and I had the conversation the day prior and was assured I would be to pick the truck at 6. The man even gave me a walk through of when the Keys would located, where the truck would be parked and how to do it on the app. I told him my app still stated 10am. Man told me not to worry because on his end he can see that I have early pick up. Nope..
