The pickup was super easy and the onsite manager was so friendly. She had everything we needed ready. The truck was clean and drove great. The drop off was also super easy. It made the whole experience convenient when the hassle of moving is already so inconvenient. Thank you!

Anthony FI didn’t like how it was a virtual agent only. They were helpful and courteous, but I had an issue getting the key out of the lock box and there was no one there to help me if my husband hadn’t been with me.
DONNA EThe UHaul app is terrible. Not intuitive or user friendly. Getting phone help is no better. Automated check in for return was terrible.
