Charged me for an extra day even though I dropped it off a day early and charged me 2 gallons of fuel for a total of $71.00 when I filled it up at the location 2 mins before drop off.

I was not sure I was at the correct place the facility that holds the trucks is in rough shape there siding falling off the building and the gas pumps have a layer of dirt. The staff were nice but did not know what they were supposed to do to rent out the truck . Fortunately I filled out everything online first so I could prove I had a reservation. In the truck there was food debris in the cup holders and on the floor
Jon MWe were sent here by the U-Haul Center where we originally booked the truck. The person that we dealt with was not trained on the rental process. Despite showing him out reservation it took him 45 minutes to make phone calls to find out what to do before we received our truck.
