The day before I was to supposed to pick the truck up, I got a call and the location was changed on me. The point of me choosing the original location was so that I could interact with a UHAUL employee. For the new location, I had to down load an APP and not have anyone to work with. The new location was somewhat obscure. The trucks were parked in the back and I did not see them through the muddy road and trees. I called 3 or 4 (UHAUL) numbers trying to get someone on the phone to walk me through how to do everything. After 30mins of clicking through phone automation and calling all the number I finally got to talk with a real person who was most helpful. Everything worked out fine after that. The truck was in good working order and worked out great which was a relief considering how much it cost! I will most likely seek a competitor next time before dealing with UHAUL again. Not a great experience with the phone automation, and the last minute location change for me. I was pissed off before I even started my moving trip.
