I don't know much about the location I picked up after hrs .The issue is with u haul not the location it took 3hrs toget anyone to respond to us to help us get checked out yalls apt sucks .Your on people took a hr to get it where I could get my keys this app really needs some serious work done to it

Richard JThis review is more about my experience with UHaul as opposed to the pick-up or drop-off locations. I reserved a truck on Monday, December 8, 2025, for pickup in Charleston, TN. On Saturday, December 13, as I was on my way to collect the truck, a U-Haul customer service agent called to inform me that the location did not have a key and directed me to another site. When I arrived at the new location, the truck was not in the front lot as expected. After a lengthy call—lasting over an hour—with a second agent, I discovered that the trucks were parked in a muddy lot behind the business. Retrieving the key from the lockbox was challenging; I had to send a photo of the lock to confirm that I had entered the code correctly. Once my verification was accepted, I was able to access the key after nearly 20 minutes. The truck itself was tightly parked between a ditch and a pile of bricks, making it very difficult to maneuver out of the space. Overall, the entire process took over an hour. Based on this experience, I do not plan to rent from U-Haul again.
