There was dried grass and hair all inside the back of the van when I picked it up. The process to rent the van was redundant. Address, pic of license, and emergency contact over and over again. Invest in your technology.

diane HThe knowledge of the equipment and its use needs to be improved. The associates could not answer questions related to the tow dolly and the vehicle I was towing. The tow dolly was in need of oiling on the ratchet straps. Too much rust to make it smooth to operate.
