I rent a trailer one way. Picked up in Cleveland, TN dropped off in Demopolis, Al. The office in Cleveland call to find out why I hadn't returned the trailer. Inexperienced help. The rates quoted online was different than when I picked it up. Was not happy about that.

COREY MThey had to move a car dolly out of the way before I could get the one assigned to me and then I had to go back in and buy a electrical connection from them which was $16 on top of the $59 to rent car dolly for a day
EBIN NWhen I picked up my truck the battery was dead. I had to jump it with my personal vehicle (too long wait for roadside assistance). The gas gauge did not work (I have photo evidence), but I’m being charged for gas even tho I have no clue if that is what was actually used. I had to jump the truck every time I turned the truck off cuz it would never start. The doo ajar beeping never stopped even tho the door was shut as I was driving down the interstate. The truck was absolute garbage. And I have asked for a refund and they added money due for gas usage that I do not know if that is actually how much gas I used. I will NEVER again rent from this location, I will drive the extra 30 minutes to a different location to rent.
