The knowledge of the equipment and its use needs to be improved. The associates could not answer questions related to the tow dolly and the vehicle I was towing. The tow dolly was in need of oiling on the ratchet straps. Too much rust to make it smooth to operate.
Ronald LThe parking lot is a disaster, needs repairs. It had been raining and wasn’t sure we could make it around the building so parked in front. It’s a convenient location to my home but ragged. I’ve interacted with the people before and they are great. I didn’t go in this time.
MELANIE CThe unit smelled like pee. Inside on the windshield needed a good cleaning. Could have used a good detailing at least in the cab of the van. Over all the unit was in good running condition. Could possibly need new shocks. It bounced and suede a bit.
