Truck was difficult to find, the dolly I paid for in my rental agreement was not in the vehicle. Called support, had to make another trip to the pickup location, no dolly. Overall experience I would score it well below average.

Paul DU-Haul is a joke you’ll say 1995 for renting yet fail to say you pay per mile as well as a buch of other bogus stuff
DONNA PWork on the app. When I went to drop off the van the app said to park it check fuel and put the key in the drop box so I locked the van and put the key in the drop box but then the app asked about the odometer and for pictures of the inside but the van was locked and the key returned, the app should ask for pictures and odometer reading first before saying to put the key in the box
