Jim CAll went great EXCEPT for the final payment transaction. I was disappointed to not understand the daily return charge. I made an effort to return 2 days early to save money, didn't happen, was charged the morning that the office opened that I returned it. I verbally pre arranged that I would most possibly return it 2 days early the day or rental. So the trailer was returned at office opening but I was charged that full day not needing it, sitting un used on their lot at my expense.
