I was offered $60 discount to drop this truck off in the Asheville location. I agree to this and it was switched to the actual drop off location. However, when I went to pick this truck up in Greer today, that location switched my drop off location to one in Clyde, North Carolina. This cost me extra in gas, drive time and I lost the $60 discount. Also, somehow I drove an extra 5 miles than what my contract allowed even though I did not deviate from the intended route. I have contacted customer service and I would like a refund to accommodate for the loss of the $60 discount as well as the mileage charge.

William AI was charged for the insurance which I did not want or ask for. I did not receive a receipt when I picked up or dropped off the trailer, so I didn't realize I was being charged. When I made the reservation I specifically declined this coverage so I would like a refund.
