Generally a good experience at the drop off location however, I was charged an additional $200 for over mileage. Not sure how they calculated that and may have included mileage from the truck I had to return. $1,800 is a lot of money in my world for a uhaul move from Wyoming to north central Texas. Simply too much money for what I got in return.

Very helpful. Even had all my paperwork done and finished when I got done unloading my stuff into a storage unit. I expected to spend at least 30 minutes signing and inspecting ect. Not at all. She was fantastic.

Tony BIt was very easy and convenient to drop the trailer off in Cody. I had purchased an extra day because I wasn’t sure that we could get the trailer emptied in time but everything went smoothly and I turned it in on the original day of the contract. The lady that checked it in was so helpful and explained the process to receive a refund from U-Haul. I did as she said and had a refund by the end of the day! Great experience end to end.
