Tony BIt was very easy and convenient to drop the trailer off in Cody. I had purchased an extra day because I wasn’t sure that we could get the trailer emptied in time but everything went smoothly and I turned it in on the original day of the contract. The lady that checked it in was so helpful and explained the process to receive a refund from U-Haul. I did as she said and had a refund by the end of the day! Great experience end to end.
Judy DSimply dropped off the trailer and went through checkout through the app. No staff were present as the location closes before afternoon.
Cortland PI was told by the clerk that anyone could drive the U-haul truck - no need to complete an additional driver on application. I did anyway, not certain if she was correct. I found the clerk to be very terse, not friendly in the least.
