I felt like I was being scammed, buddy kept telling me it was my responsibility to call U-haul and close out the transaction, I said no your a dealer has your name on paperwork it should be you. After several attempts to make it my problem he reluctantly processed the drop off and sent an email. Then I'm a 60yr old, made me do all the disconnecting of trailer, What a goof. I will definitely let everyone around here know about your Colborne outlet.
