The employee at the gas bar was very polite, he directed me where to park. The vehicle told me to come in to drop off the keys. He was very punctual and let me know that somebody would be by tomorrow to check the vehicle over. Recommendations. I would make to U-Haul is that they have no communication when it comes to customer service. I talked to multiple people and was promised all of these empty promises. Unlimited, mileage, discounted rate, etc..
Christopher R.Everything was excellent. Tires, lights, overall workings of the trailer we rented but there was a leak in the roof. Nothing too serious but I couldn't find out where the water was coming in so they probably didn't know about it.
