When arriving at the location the front desk attendant barely spoke English and immediately handed me a phone to talk to “his boss”. The person on the phone said that they didn’t have any trailers and I should call UHaul corporate. I then walked the attendant out to show him that they had trailers. The man on the phone then pivoted to, “you need to wait 30mins for me to get there”. I then decided I was going to hook up the trailer myself, the employee then started “helping me” by proceeding to attach the trailer leads in the improper way. On returning the trailer to the location we dropped the trailer in a designated spot where a front desk attendant instructed us to do. A unknown man came over to tell us that we couldn’t leave the trailer there, not knowing who this person was we promptly left. Overall terrible experience I will not be renting from this location, or possible UHaul ever again.

The employee didn't know how to do what he needed to do so it took 20 minutes to get the vehicle. I had to go and retrieve the vehicle myself. There was no walk around to check the vehicle before I left with it so I took pictures of the damage on the vehicle for my records. I didn't find the workers helpful at all. The vehicle was fine.
JONI GI felt like I was being scammed, buddy kept telling me it was my responsibility to call U-haul and close out the transaction, I said no your a dealer has your name on paperwork it should be you. After several attempts to make it my problem he reluctantly processed the drop off and sent an email. Then I'm a 60yr old, made me do all the disconnecting of trailer, What a goof. I will definitely let everyone around here know about your Colborne outlet.
